RETURN POLICY
🔄 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Register your return
Send an email to info@elodieandclaire.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please include clear photos as evidence.
2. Send the item back
The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Receive your refund or exchange
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send your replacement item as soon as possible.
🚫 WHEN YOU CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- 
Incorrect size ordered – please check our size guide before purchasing. 
- 
Items damaged after delivery. 
- 
Uncollected parcels or items marked as “delivered” by the courier. 
- 
Return requests made after 14 days of receipt. 
- 
Damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. 
🎨 EXCHANGES
Would you like a different size or colour?
Exchanges are possible within 14 days.
Simply send the item back to us, and we’ll send your replacement quickly.
💸 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item or defect), we’ll cover all costs and send a replacement free of charge.
📏 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SIZES & COLOURS
- 
Our size guide is accurate, but a difference of 1–3 cm may occur due to manual measurement. 
- 
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings — this is not considered a valid reason for return. 
🛍️ TERMS FOR SALE ITEMS
For products purchased during a sale or promotion:
- 
Cancellation within 10 minutes: you’ll receive a store credit refund. 
- 
Cancellation after 10 minutes: your order may already be processed and can only be cancelled by returning the item after delivery. In that case, we’ll refund 100% of the amount to the original payment method.
