If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 RETURNS

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.
Please note: Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition.

How to start a return
To initiate a return, please email info@elodieandclaire.coM with your order number and a brief explanation.
We’ll then provide you with the return instructions, including the address of our return partner.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions
Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


💰 REFUNDS

Inspection
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing time
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund appears.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

💎 EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us via email and our team will guide you through the process.


🎁 GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return.
Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll send you the gift card by email.
